After working for 35+ years with different organizations in the Human Resource Department at different levels, I decided to opt for early separation from work towards my passion with a sole intention to give back to society.

While doing so, a plan of action was already being drawn in the back of my mind. I ingeniously felt the intricacies exposed for students, HR graduates and so to make them robust, competent & future-ready.

After taking early retirement from the services, I along with my meticulous colleagues formed our ambitious F1 HR Academy to keep the next generation equipped with the required knowledge and skills to face future challenges.

The education facilities provided have to be drawn thoughtfully according to the students’ challenges. We, at F1HR Academy, not only conduct the academics but also focus on their personality development.

We have developed special courses on the foundation of this ground reality that will benefit HR professionals to enhance their employability as well as bring stability in their careers.

On the bedrock of our core values, we will continue to enhance our quality and give the best to society.
